For about 15 years (beginning in 1980) I cranked out a LOT of advertising illustration for ad agencies and design firms. During that time I had the opportunity to work with a flew clients directly on projects that I found interesting (other than a paycheck). These included catalogue covers for Ruby Montana’s Pinto Pony (a vintage kitsch store that got into the mail order business), CD covers for Estrus Records with Art Chantry and Dave Crider. I also collaborated with David McDougall designing print and audio catalogues for National Reso-Phonic Guitars.
